Refunds
How to get your money back for a purchase in Deepfront, and what happens when you do.
1. What you can buy
Deepfront is free to play. Inside the game you can buy gem packs, the starter pack, the gold ticket and silver tickets. Each one is a single in-app purchase, paid through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone. We never see or store your card details.
2. Cancellation
Deepfront sells no subscriptions. Nothing renews and nothing charges you again, so there is nothing to cancel. Uninstalling the game ends every charge, because there are none after the purchase itself.
3. Refunds on Android
- Within 48 hours of buying, you can ask Google directly: open Google Play order history, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.
- After 48 hours, write to us at [email protected] with your order number (it starts with
GPA.and is in the receipt email from Google). An approved refund is paid back through Google Play to the way you paid.
4. Refunds on iPhone
Apple handles every App Store refund, and we cannot issue one ourselves. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong with the purchase in the game, write to us as well and we will help.
5. When we refund
We refund a purchase on request when:
- you were charged but what you bought never reached your account;
- you were charged twice for the same thing; or
- you bought something by mistake and have not used it.
We reply to every refund request within 5 working days.
6. After a refund
When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the gems, tickets or items it granted are removed from your account.
