What we keep
Your progress — level, ether, gems, modules and unlocks — plus your Google player ID and an id for this phone: how we recognise you, and how we tell your devices apart. Your player name, which starts as your Google Play Games gamer tag and which you can change in Settings. And a record of each purchase: the Google order number, what was bought, its price, the date and Google's receipt for it. We do not keep your real name, your email, or your card or any other way you pay — Google Play handles the payment and never gives it to us.
Why we keep it
So your progress can be restored if you sign in on a different phone, and so a purchase can be checked with Google, delivered once, and taken back if it is refunded. Nothing else. None of this is kept unless you sign in.
How signing in works
Google checks who you are and hands the game a one-time code. Only our server holds the key that reads it — the game itself never sees your password.
One copy, never merged
If this phone and your account disagree — two devices, or time spent offline — you choose which copy to keep, and the other is permanently deleted. The two are never combined: combining them would have to guess what you already spent, and a wrong guess would hand you progress you never earned.
Deleting it
You can delete your account from inside the game, under Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT, or from this site at /delete-account, where signing in with Google identifies which account is yours. Either route runs the same server routine, in this order: ledger rows that mention you are anonymised rather than deleted (the ledger is append-only, and reporting still needs the row after you are gone), your account row is deleted, and last, the user itself is deleted. Deleting is permanent.
What is deleted: your progress, your player name, your player ID and the id for this phone. What is kept: the purchase records, with your player ID and Google's receipt removed, so that nothing in them links back to you. They keep the order number, product, price and date, and are kept indefinitely for accounting.
Who else sees it
Appwrite, as the service that hosts your account and its data; Google, for signing in and for payments through Google Play; and Google AdMob, which serves the ads (below). Your progress is never sold, and never shared for advertising.
Ads
Deepfront shows rewarded ads only — you choose to watch one in exchange for something, and there are no forced ads. They are served by Google AdMob. The AdMob software in the game collects, and sends to Google, your device's advertising ID, its IP address (which gives a rough location, never a precise one), how you interact with the app and its ads — launches, taps, ads watched — and performance data such as launch time. Google uses these to serve and measure ads, for analytics, and to prevent fraud. AdMob asks for your consent before showing you a personalised ad, and you can refuse without losing access to anything in the game.
